Welcome to TWOST- Training without stereotypes self assessment tool!
This tool is a part of the ERASMUS+ KA2 project, Agreement Number 2019-2-IT-03-KA205-92AC0805. TWOST self assessment tool aims at preventing gender-based discrimination towards youth. It addresses cross-sectorial cooperation, with a special focus on access to rights, autonomy and participation. The project encourages the active citizenship of youngsters, avoiding the gender self-segregation phenomena and promoting common values of mutual respect among genders.
During the following survey will be analyzed 6 strategic areas that will be a basis for evaluation of the gender equality within the organization:
- Human Resources Management
- Leadership
- Coaching / Mentoring / Youth animation
- Stereotypes in Communication activities
- Gender-based Violence
- Participation
At the end of the survey, you will receive the feedback with the level of gender equality for each of them. Moreover, you will get the access to the database that corresponds to each area and contain only selected materials that will help you to improve in case of gaps.
The final grade will be confirmed by the reward that will summarize all your results for each strategic area, once you will pass pre-assessment level. You can receive bronze, silver or gold reward.
At the end of the survey, you will be able to download your result.
